The Children's Community Services Department is dedicated to supporting children with disabilities and their families in our community. Our department is comprised of two programs: Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) and Birth to 3. These programs provide a range of services to help children with developmental disabilities and their families meet their needs and achieve their goals.
The CLTS program provides funding and support for a variety of services, including daily living skills, in-home support services, specialized medical equipment, and respite care. Case managers work with families to identify their needs and develop a care plan that is tailored to the child's individual needs and goals. The Birth to 3 program provides early intervention services for children with developmental delays or disabilities from birth to three years old. These services may include developmental support, speech therapy and occupational therapy.
Our department is committed to a client-centered approach, which means that we prioritize the needs and goals of our clients in all our work. We believe in building strong relationships with the families we serve, and we work collaboratively with other service providers in the community to ensure that our clients receive the support they need to thrive.
We are committed to serving as broad a swath of our community as possible. We believe that every child deserves access to the support and resources they need to reach their full potential, and we are dedicated to making that a reality for the families we serve.
